JUST START SOMETHING

Sometimes it does not matter what we start but how long will hold on to what we started. If you look around the world and see the most successful companies today, you will know that what you start does not really matter as much as how will you are able to keep it on. Microsoft is not selling the same products it sold in 1985 but it is selling improved versions on its products, even though they did not invent the operating system. More recently Google started as a search engine but is now into everything from shopping to mail. So go out there and start what you have been delaying. And make sure you develop the will to keep it going no matter what obstacles may come your way.

Sometimes when we are faced with a daunting challenge, and we don't know where to go or what to do, it is obviously greater than our powers to accomplish, all we need to do is start it and go on with a strong desire for its completion. It will definitely auto complete as far as we have done all within our human powers to complete it.

Some of us find it difficult to continue what we started, note I did not say finish what you started because nothing is never truly finished. We may be enthusiastic enough to start business ventures but the problem comes when we are faced with difficulties or just bored with the routine of daily business routines. But a simple advice I would offer is this: try to make it a habit to do things when it is most uncomfortable to do them. And when you are faced with a tiring situation and you remember my advice just start doing that difficult thing.

FAILURE

Companies fail for several reasons, one of which is inability to innovate, or inability to evolve the business. Anything that is stagnated will die. Innovation evolves the business, it might be innovation in products, marketing methods, product development methods. At whatever level the innovation is done it always serves to make the whole business grow.

BUSINESS ENERGIES

There are three major energies we use when ever we start, run, and evolve a business entity or any other thing in our lives.
They are:
Energy of will: This is the energy that leads us to initiate something. To start something or begin a journey.
Building Energy: After initiation or starting a business entity, we need to build it, this include the organizational structure and everything thing that serves to externalize the business from mere idea or start to actual happening.
The Energy of Evolution: This is the energy that makes sure what we initiated, the business or other undertaking, grows. Without growth the business stagnates and becomes stale and may later progress to death. The main tool that makes evolution possible is innovation. With innovation we are able to take whatever we have started and built to the next level, a step further.
