Companies fail for several reasons, one of which is inability to innovate, or inability to evolve the business. Anything that is stagnated will die. Innovation evolves the business, it might be innovation in products, marketing methods, product development methods. At whatever level the innovation is done it always serves to make the whole business grow.

BUSINESS ENERGIES

There are three major energies we use when ever we start, run, and evolve a business entity or any other thing in our lives.
They are:
Energy of will: This is the energy that leads us to initiate something. To start something or begin a journey.
Building Energy: After initiation or starting a business entity, we need to build it, this include the organizational structure and everything thing that serves to externalize the business from mere idea or start to actual happening.
The Energy of Evolution: This is the energy that makes sure what we initiated, the business or other undertaking, grows. Without growth the business stagnates and becomes stale and may later progress to death. The main tool that makes evolution possible is innovation. With innovation we are able to take whatever we have started and built to the next level, a step further.
